10 Single Leg DeadLift
15 Sit Ups
10 Single Leg DeadLift

Strength 

Every 2 Minutes for 14 minutes 
10 Z Press
10 Ring Row / or Bent Over Row
10 Tricep BW Extension

Workout - 

 9 15 21 - 21 15 9 

For Time: 
DeadLifts
Burpees

Rest one minute at the top:

1- the way up 
2- the way down
